One truth that I have learned is that you can't always have the most talented people on your team.
They are ordinary people, but you have to bring out the best in them as a leader.
There are a few reasons why leaders fail:
-Weak conflict resolution
-Lack of empathy
-Micromanagement
-Exhaustion among team members
As a leader, you have to guide them to create better strategies and provide them with a better vision of the company's principles.
Avoid micromanagement and maintain a work environment that empowers your team members.
