As an entrepreneur, can you succeed when you are afraid of in-person meetings?
Initially, I was terrified of having in-person conversations with people.
This resulted in an ineffective pitch and an aura of lack of confidence in front of new people.
I knew I wouldn't make it big if I kept living with this persona.
Through a friend, I started coming out of my shell.
He pushed me to meet new people and referred me to people who were in senior positions at MNCs, like Nokia, VMWare, and many more.
Surrounding myself with such inspiring figures bought a boost of confidence in me, and slowly I started talking to new people and got over my fear.
If you want to succeed, don't be afraid to talk to people in person.
Share your vision openly and seek advice from people who influence you.
Today, I can stand fearlessly in a tradeshow and am very confident about the pitches I present.
Have you ever had a similar experience to mine?
