Les Brown made me question myself as a CEO.

Here's what happened:

I met Les Brown at an event where he was giving a session called 'How to be a great speaker?’

But the real question he made us ask was whether you deserved to be a speaker.

And this is one of the most significant mindset shifts you need as a CEO.

Leading a company comes with a lot of responsibility and pressure. While doing so a CEO is bound to question his abilities at a certain point.

But here's the thing: You do deserve to be a CEO.

If you've gotten to where you are, it's because you've worked hard, taken risks, and made smart decisions.

You have unique skills and experiences that have led you to this position, and you should own that.

However, it's also important to acknowledge that imposter syndrome can creep in and make you doubt yourself.

That's why having a growth mindset and continually developing your skills and knowledge is essential.

Learn from mistakes, seek feedback, and never stop learning.

Have you ever doubted yourself?
