My company, RChilli Inc. will become a unicorn soon all because of one mindset shift.

A few years back, I had a mindset of 'I know this.'

As a CEO, it can be easy to fall into the trap of thinking you have all the answers.

The truth is, no matter how much you know or how successful you've been, there's always more to learn.

The business world constantly evolves, and new challenges and opportunities emerge.

By adopting a mindset of curiosity and a desire to learn, you can stay ahead of the curve and position your company for success.

But this mindset shift isn't just about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

It's also about fostering a culture of learning and growth within your organization.

You inspire your team members to do the same when you model a willingness to learn and adapt.

So watch those YouTube videos, read books, take courses or sessions with your coach, and embrace the mindset of continuous learning as a CEO.

Just like Bill Gates, who, even after being such a successful person, reads 50 books a year. That’s being knowledge hungry.

When was the last time you learned something new?
