When you believe in continuous learning you keep exploring books and that's exactly how I came across a book called "Measure what Matters" by John Doerr.

I've collected a few learnings that I believe are worth sharing;

📌 Don't forget to measure the progress of the goal that matters a lot for your growth. Always keep tracking!

📌 Never consider milestones as a destination, keep setting new goals and push yourself beyond your limits.

This is the way you can stay motivated!

📌 One interesting takeaway from the book is that goals can be measured by a four-step process - Continue, Update, Start and Stop.

This book gives us the idea of how important it is to track goals so that we can make changes according to the times.

Have you read this book? If yes then add your learnings below 👇
