Making an Impact

I was a part of the IMC - Institute Management Committee a few years ago, an Indian Government initiative to bring school dropout children, teach them a skillset, and make them capable of corporate jobs.

We successfully shaped 40,000+ school dropout girls, where we trained them and almost placed 20,000+ girls in good-paying jobs.

It was one of the most satisfying times of my life when I contributed to a change of almost 40,000+ girls who had to give up on education and could not build a future for themselves.
