My vision for RChilli Inc. this 2023 is to create a workplace that fully supports the mental well-being of my employees.

Half of an employee's day is spent at work, which is why a workplace that supports mental well-being is essential for both employees and the company.

It shouldn't be a luxury but a necessity.

When maintaining a mental health-friendly workspace, pay attention to these:

> Do not mess up with breaks to get work done faster, as this can make employees feel exhausted. Remember, work and breaks are meant to be separated!

> A mental health education program would be great, but make sure you are not assigning more tasks than your team can handle.

> Pay attention to people who complain about burnout at work. By ignoring such complaints, the workplace will become a toxic environment in no time.

Even though there are many more steps to maintain health and mental well-being at work. However, you can start with these.

Employees and leaders, what else would you recommend adding to a workplace to maintain the well-being of its employees?
