In 2012, I received a call from my team that a fire had broken out in our office.

We lost 90% of our infrastructure.

We lost all our data and servers.

I was in a state of panic, but thanks to local fellow entrepreneurs, STPI , who came to our rescue and offered us a free working space while we renovated our charred office.

I was lucky to have great clients who paid in advance, which helped us redevelop our infrastructure.

But we still couldn't recover one thing, the data that we lost.

This incident taught me the importance of having all your data backed up, and since then, RChilli has become a 100% cloud company.
