Rudy Karsan has mentored me in many ways, but I can never forget the time when he gave me the ultimate vision for life and set me up for my entrepreneurial journey.

Today, people's thought processes and behavior have significantly changed.

People used to migrate for community and faith, but now people mostly migrate for work.

A few years ago Rudy told me, "I am on a mission where I want to touch these 7 billion souls and contribute something remarkable to their life."

That sentence changed my vision.

My vision was no longer just for my team, me, or the people of India. My new vision was to touch billion of souls in the world. To bring an impact on their lives

I chose to do so through technology.

If people are now traveling worldwide for jobs, I wanted to help them through AI to find the perfect job where they can find contentment.
