Every person has many needs, but the three basic needs are - respect, social, and money.

We expect our work to fulfill all our needs but is that the right place to expect it from?

No!

Your prime need from a workplace must be money; other needs act as an add-on.

Your family can't keep giving you money, nor will your friends loan you money for a lifetime. You need to earn your own money.

In every workplace, you'll have conflicts, e.g., being talked over in a meeting or your idea not being considered. We think of this as disrespect, but it's not.

Similarly, you can have dinner parties with your colleagues, but that's not the correct place to socialize. There's a very fine line between networking and socializing.

The correct place to expect your needs from is your family and friends.

Your family can give you respect and socialize with your friends.
